A second-generation entrepreneur, Mr. Siddharth Khanna is the pivotal force that has been steering the entire organization. His guiding philosophy is “Openness to Change” and he believes in adapting to the demands of an evolving clientele. His vision is to create affordable infrastructure equipped with future-ready amenities without forgetting his responsibility to the environment. Having successfully executed several projects with a highly capable team, he wants Tescon to change the real estate landscape with superlative technology, rapid delivery and customer understanding.
Responsible for the overall management of the organization, Mrs. Sneha Khanna has done her graduation from Narsee Monjee College Of Commerce and Economics. She then did her MBA in HR from Ahmedabad University. Over the years, she has worked for Hyatt Regency in Ahmedabad and British multinational firm Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT) in Powai. She has also worked for an IT firm that is a top cloud computing firm based in USA, and has now been acquired by Hexaware.
Mr. Shubash Pareek learned his trade by doing a post-graduation in Business Administration. He has over two decades of experience in strategic management across different business segments like Pharma, Jewellery, Finance and Real Estate. Being the Director of Corporate Planning and Strategies, he is a key figure who determines the direction in which the organization is headed as a corporate entity.
A Chartered Accountant by qualification & having over two decades of rich experience in the Treasury & Cash Flow Management, Internal Controls & Risk Management, Statutory Compliances & Audits, Merger & Acquisitions and Stakeholder’s Management. He has gained his diversified experiences from the Listed Companies in India & Abroad mainly engaged in Building Materials, Gems & Jewellery and Piping Solutions. Immediately prior to joining with Tescon, he had been associated with Prism Johnson Limited.

At Tescon, we have a comprehensive approach and a sustainable outlook toward ensuring our responsibility towards the planet, society and people.
We have a soft corner for animals who have long been considered secondary citizens. These mute creatures have to go through a lot of difficulties as the current law and society treat them unfairly.
We also feel strongly for elderly people who are deprived of social interactions and find themselves spending time alone. Therefore, as an organization, we have offered financial support and resources to both old age homes as well as NGO rescue centers. Recently, we have associated with a Dehradun-based NGO, ‘Healing Saathi’ that has been doing exceptional work in the field of animal rescue and helping the needy. The NGO has already rescued and healed 200+ animals in a short span of time.
Finally, we use sophisticated technologies to keep our environment clean and green. We aim to reduce our carbon footprint by planting ten times as many trees as the ones that could’ve grown on the lands where we construct our buildings.
